The Boot Camp Assistant guides customers through the process of creating a partition for Windows XP, burning a DVD with the appropriate drivers, and starting the Windows XP installation (with a customer-supplied copy of Windows XP Service Pack 2).

Once the installation is complete, customers can hold down the option key at startup to choose between Mac OS X and Windows.
